ABOUT THE POSITION:
As Group Financial Controller at Baettr, you will be part of a competent and dedicated Global Finance team that will work together to take the accounting area to the next level.
You will have a central role where you will run tasks, processes, and projects within accounting and internal control, you will work closely with management and other colleagues.
You will get a varied and developing finance role, where you will be an important part of the technical consolidation, where you will help set standards and guidelines within accounting. You will manage and plan the monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting process.
On a monthly basis, you are responsible for the consolidation itself, while on an annual basis you participate in the planning of the audit of the annual report for the entire group.
In addition, you provide support and advice to the group companies on internal accounting guidelines in according with IFRS and other reporting and accounting issues.
You will report to our Finance Director FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
Travel to our Sites around the world can occur.
The work location will be in our headquarter in Lem, Denmark, with the possibility to work from home from time to time.
Key task and responsibilities:
- Financial support and advice to our companies around the world
- Define and structure cost accounting process.
- Develop and improve internal processes and procedures.
- Ensure reliable input on internal cost information.
- Secure compliance in the group
- Risk and financial analysis
- Management reporting and analysis
Our expectation to you:
- You hold a relevant financial education such as HR-R, CMA, with more than 5 years’ experience within controlling and financial reporting.
- Experience with internal or external auditing.
- Thorough knowledge of methods and controlling principles.
- Experience with ERP systems (AX2012 will be an advantage)
- Knowledge about Cognos will be an advantage.
- Strong IT /system Skills
- Strong excel/modelling Skills.
- You are fluent in English.

You are robust under pressure and always rising to the challenge of getting the job done. You have an advanced ability to communicate in intercultural environment and to various functional stakeholders.
